Baltic Sky Way is a formation skydiving event and takes place every year
in Lithuania since 2002. The idea is to join people from all Baltic Sea
Countries in one formation in the sky.

The Baltic Way or Baltic Chain (also Chain of Freedom), was a peaceful political
demonstration that occurred on August 23, 1989 when approximately two million
people joined their hands to form an over 600 kilometer long human chain across
the three Baltic states (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia). The human chain symbolized
the Baltic peoples' solidarity in their struggle for more autonomy and eventual
independence.
